Introduction to Craft Baking

Suitable for beginners or those with some experience of home baking. Our one day courses explore baking bread for a fuller flavour with pre-ferments, long fermentation and the right ingredients.

You'll get lots of practice shaping the most familiar loaf styles and tips on how to get the most from baking in a domestic kitchen.  

Course size is limited to eight participants; lunch and refreshments are provided.

Introduction to Patisserie

Suitable for the home enthusiast or novice, our patisserie course teaches the art of making laminated dough and transforming it into successful croissants, pain au chocolat and pain aux raisins.

We'll be forced to sample our baked goods in the company of good food and coffee with a maximum of eight participants.

An Introduction to Craft Baking is running from 10am to 4pm on:  [3rd December 2017 SOLD OUT], [21st January 2018 SOLD OUT] and [25th February 2018 SOLD OUT].   We'll publish new dates soon; in the meantime you can still buy a gift certificate which we'll then match to a date when the courses are finalised.
